How long does delivery take?

All orders are made to order and typically take 10–15 business days to produce and deliver. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Because all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges as all items are made to order. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please get in touch and we'll investigate right away.

Check out our Size Guide for full measurements. Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit — if you prefer something more fitted, we recommend sizing down.

How do I care for my STRYV garments?

To keep your garments looking their best, wash inside out on a cold gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying where possible and do not iron directly on any printed areas.
